“Believe something and the Universe is on its way to being changed. Because you’ve changed, by believing. Once you’ve changed, other things start to follow. Isn’t that the way it works?”
― Diane Duane, So You Want to Be a Wizard.

Believe to win. If you strongly believe You can win, then you can do so. Otherwise, you lose. Am I right? In other words, how you believe decides you will win or lose.

Who does not want to win? Everyone wants so.

How does a winner behave? How does a loser behave? When you read this post, you will come to know the answers.

To sort out some issues of missing or misplaced store items, I conducted a meeting on 25th  August 2018.
After long deliberation, we found that the concerned employees did not have proper knowledge and skills. So I decided to train them on the job.

So I advised two senior employees to make a roster. How will they make it? They will consider the training of two employees at a time in the general shift without any disturbance to the day-to-day shift activities.
They tried their best and finally said, “we need one extra employee in shifts to complete the shift cycle.” I again requested them to look at the issue from another angle. Finally, they gave up.
I then requested the Deputy Manager of Shops,” Can you help me to make the roster without any extra employee ?” He replied with positivity and confidence,” Yes, I can. ”
He made the roster within 15 minutes. What did it prove? It proved that strong beliefs differentiate winners from losers.

Analysis.

The concerned executive believed that it was very much possible to make the roster with no extra employee. He also believed in his ability. So, finally, he made the roster and won the game.
Your beliefs propel you to win.

“What distinguishes the majority of men from the few is their ability to act according to their beliefs.” – Henry Miller.
