Your goal in life drives you to take action fast. Do you believe it? Yes, I think it’s true. A few days back, my son purchased a health band for me. He told me it would help me to see how much calories I burn on walking, my heart rate, my specific oxygen level, and so on. In the first place, I just heard him; I did not listen to him.
As I used it for a few days, so I realized it has made me love it. Do you know why? When you do something that benefits you, and you come to see the feedback at once, you do it more and more. Am I right?
Similarly, when I see walking for 45 minutes helps me to burn 254 calories, I feel inspired to step more. Moreover, I come to know which exercise, pranayama burns how many kilocalories. Now I have set my daily goal at 300 calories. And I achieve it with so much ease.
What is the secret? No goals reach you, no destination. Once you see where to arrive, you move faster towards it. Goals direct you to decide and take action quickly. Do you know why?
