Living without problems. Is it possible? Yes. It’s possible.

Some people can’t live with their problems. Some people always do. Why do they do so? Because they think that their problems will go away on their own. But in reality, things don’t happen so. Now, which group do you belong to?

Living without problems and you

Probably you belong to the second group. So you can’t live with your problems. Because you solve all of your problems.

But how?

Your proactive attitude, positive mindset, confidence, knowledge and skill create your problem-solving attitude. This attitude makes you restless until you solve your problems. Then you live an easy life. A life without problems.

If things don’t happen as you want, your efforts will certainly bring out your best version. In this version, you are effortless. Effortless in decision making, problem-solving and taking suitable actions. Then your problems vanish at once.

Now how to update your version? How to acquire sufficient problem-solving knowledge and skills? So you pay the price to learn the required knowledge and skill and apply them.

What to learn?

You learn to anticipate and define the problem. When you define a problem correctly, you move close to the solution.

Then you learn different problem analyzing techniques, use them to know the root causes of the problems. Then you generate alternative solutions, evaluate all alternatives, choose the best alternative and finally implement and review it.

What happens to the second category?

They live with fear and so with the problems. They fear to face them, take any actions and show their emotions. So they wake up in the morning with the problems, go to their workplace and find only problems. In other words, they live with their problems.

Why? They don’t take actions in time. In the end, the problems seem bigger to them. So they develop stress within them. Sometimes continuous stress makes them mental patients.

Instead of taking suitable actions in time, sometimes they blame others for their problems. Thus they enter into a vicious cycle of fear, inaction and blaming and finally live with tons of problems.
