If you practice these practical tips daily, then you can stay positive all day long.
Take responsibility for your life.
What does it mean? It means you take charge of your life and don’t blame others for your life. You not only take responsibility for what had happened in the past or what happens at present but also, you take responsibility for what will happen in future in your life. Thus, you can change your future life and can create a positive environment.
Set a goal, meet it and celebrate.
Without goals, you flow on the current of life. With goals, you focus your energy on achieving your goal as well as push yourself to positivity. Celebrate every achievement.
Count your blessings and be grateful.
Daily write a list of good qualities you own. Show your gratefulness to those who have helped you in acquiring those qualities. Do it silently just before going to bed.
Keep good relationships at home, workplace and society.
More the good relationships, less the conflicts, and less the negative energies. Then you become full of positive energy. You live long. The study shows how long will you live depends on how much relationships you keep up.
Keep promises at any cost.
In this way, you increase your deposit in your emotional bank account. People respect you. The positive emotions flow both ways.
As a matter of fact, all the physical assets depreciate with time. But, we, the human assets appreciate with time, provided we learn. You can learn from your parents, wife, son, employees, friends and any other social personality. Moreover, you can learn from books. In short, switching our learning mode on makes us positive. We can learn new things.
When you work in a cluttered environment, your brain can’t think clearly because of blocked negative energies. As a result, you can’t act and work efficiently. When you declutter your house or workplace by proper housekeeping and reorganizing, it removes the blocked negative energies. Your working spaces, mental spaces, working conditions, the morale of employees improve instantly. Additionally, it reduces your anxiety, improves your sleep, increases your productivity and creativity. In other words, it creates a positive environment where you become positive.

Know your employees
When you find the time, interact with your employees. If possible go for one to one interaction. Listen to them with empathy. Ask for their suggestions. This makes them feel important and valuable. They open up, start sharing their views and actively participate in discussions. As a result, you know your employees. Indirectly it builds a very good relationship with the employees.
